　　Justice Scholarships for VU students

　　The Victorian Government Department of Justice has provided $100,000 to Victoria University over three years (from 2007 to 2009) to fund the Victorian Government Department of Justice Cultural Diversity Scholarships.

　　The purpose of the awards is to provide financial assistance to students wishing to work in the area of Justice who may otherwise not be able to satisfactorily complete their studies or undertake a further qualification.

　　The first scholarships have been awarded for 2007 with five students receiving $5,000 a year for up to two years.
