Staff around the University are gearing up for DeakinWeek – a concept designed to promote Deakin University’s image in the broader community. It is the key vehicle by which Deakin undertakes its non recruitment-related promotion and is designed to showcase its research and industry links.
The promotional strategy for DeakinWeek includes a dedicated website, brochures, printed corporate letterhead, A3 posters, voice recordings on Deakin’s telephone system, advertising in metropolitan and regional newspapers, live breakfast reads on metropolitan radio and corporate branding across highway signage. The underlying theme is to stir curiosity and create interest in Deakin.
