该类奖学金将以减免等额学费的方式下发。50%的奖学金可抵扣第一学期等额的学费，另外50%的奖学金将抵扣第二学期等额的学费。以Master of Commerce为例，奖学金为3000澳币。学生可以在第一学期获得1500澳币的学费减免，第二学期获得余下1500澳币的学费减免。
